Cancellation/No Show Policy

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Glow Studio + Co understands that sometimes schedules change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation.

NO SHOW: If you do not attend your appointment without notice or cancel your appointment within 12 hours/same day you will be charged 100% of the services booked.

LATE ARRIVAL: If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. We will try our best to reschedule you with the earliest available appointment. You will be charged 50% of the service amount.

Exceptions are made on a case by case basis for emergencies and illness.

If you incur more than 3 cancel/reschedule/late/no shows you may be required to pre pay for future appointments.

We do not provide refunds for any of our services.
